3 business days to ship out. You will receive an order confirmation email within a few hours-24 hrs of your order. You will then receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order. Your order should be delivered within 7-10 business days (after 3 business day processing time), most times quicker than expected.
Returns will be made on UNOPENED items. All products are either brand new or have been refurbished. All products we sell have a 20 day warranty, therefore any mechanical issues, please contact the us for repair or replacement. Again, returns on UNOPENED items are accepted. If you need to return an item, please follow these instructions: Contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item. Please do not wait a week or 3 months to decide you didn't use it and would like to return it. Once we respond to you, we will advise you how to return the item. It must be shipped with tracking information. Once received back, we will make sure the item was UNOPENED. If it was opened, we will refuse the package. Otherwise, a refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. NO RETURNS ON OPENED PRODUCTS. The package MUST BE SEALED in original packaging. If we make an exception and the item is NOT as described (not defective- we test upon arrival, or incorrect color as described by the Customer), the item will be returned to you or a restocking fee of $15 will be applied. Shipping charges are never refunded. NO EXCHANGES for different color, UNLESS we have the color in stock for you and the Original shipped is UNOPENED.
If there is a mechanical defect, we will notify the warranty company (provided it is within the 20 day warranty period) on your behalf and mediate with them to replace or repair the item.
We do NOT take returns back just because you don't want them anymore, or don't like them.
If a return is sent to us, there is a restocking fee of $20 per pc.
Undeliverable orders: If you are not available for signature, and/or do not respond to the notices left by the delivery service, the package is then returned to us. When we receive the package back, we will refund your order minus $56 return fee. This return fee is the cost of the delivery service returning the product to us. DHL is not cheap, it is one of the best, most reliable services available and this is why we use them to deliver our products. They do not "return to sender" for free. They do charge us the full $56 return fee.
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us via USPS and we resend the package, and returned to us a 2nd time, a refund will be issued minus the cost of the shipping both times.
Duty- We are not responsible for the cost of Duty for overseas (outside of the US) orders.
