Not a problem! Just email us and we will open a claim with the Warranty company on your behalf. Please note: this must be within the 20 day period of receiving your order.

What is Manufacturer Refurbished?
When an item is on a store display, a store cannot sell the item as brand new. The store then sends the item back to the manufacturer to be refurbished. The item is then 100% quality inspection for flaws and defects. If any are found, the item is repaired and/or any replacement parts are installed. The item is then packaged in a new retail box (serial number may differ form product numbers) with new cords, cases, literature (depending on what the item is) and sealed up ready for sale as a manufacturer refurbished item. You are buying a basically new item at used prices. There is also a 20 day warranty on each item.

How long does it take for shipping?
We ship all orders anywhere from the time you place the order up to 3 business days. You will then receive tracking information within 3-5 business days from the time you placed the order. You will receive your item within 7-10 business days from the time you placed the order. PLEASE NOTE: Business days are NOT weekends and holidays.

Whats the return policy?
Returns will be made on UNOPENED items. All products are either brand new or have been refurbished. All products we sell have the manufacturers warranty, therefore any mechanical issues, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Again, returns on UNOPENED items are accepted. If you need to return an item, please follow these instructions: Contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item. Please do not wait a week or 3 months to decide you didn't use it and would like to return it. Once we respond to you, we will advise you how to return the item. It must be shipped with tracking information. Once received back, we will make sure the item was UNOPENED. If it was opened, we will refuse the package. Otherwise, a refund will be processed within 1 business day. HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: All purchases made from 12/1/16-12/20/16 will have an extended return policy. You have until 12/31/16 to contact us with any issues. NO RETURNS ON OPENED PRODUCTS. The package MUST BE SEALED in original packaging. NO EXCHANGES for different color, UNLESS we have the color in stock for you. Buyer is responsible for shipping a return. We do not offer return labels for any reason. However, if there is an issue that we feel we should be responsible for the shipping of a return, we will pay up to $10 of the shipping cost. No Exceptions.

How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, you need to email us right away. After we process and ship your order, we cannot cancel the order while it is in transit. You will have to wait until you receive the item and then ship it back to us.

Yes, of course! We have no limits on the savings we offer to you.

Why does my tracking information say it is coming from overseas?
We have quite a few warehouses around the world. In order to offer you the best prices, we keep alot of stock. In order to offer low cost shipping to you, this is the reason for having many locations. If an item in a specific color you ordered is not available in one of our warehouse near your location, the order is automatically sent to the next warehouse that 1.Has the item in stock and 2.Can ship to you the quickest.

Will I be responsible for Duty fees when you are shipping overseas?
We are located in the US, if we ship an item overseas, sometimes there are Duty fees to be collected. TronixWarehouse does not pay the duty as we have already paid the shipping to ship to you. Please check before ordering from us, if there will be Duty fees. If there are, and you are not ok with paying the fees when the item is delivered, do not order. We will not refund you as we are not responsible for Duty fees.

Do you have expedited shipping?
We do not offer expedited shipping. The reason for this is when an order is placed, there are processing times. Each order is shipped according to when it is received in. In order to get everyone's order out on time, we cannot disrupt our production process.
